I'm learning about important nutrients and proteins. And healthy habits that make my body feel better than it feels when I'm eating without making healthy choices. I was also encouraged about my work doing this and the time that it takes and I also learned today on some of the more physiological things that help me understand why my body does, what it does and how we want to learn to get my metabolism working the best that it can.
