About Dr. Amy Iaquinta
Dr. Amy Iaquinta is the clinic director of Phoenix Healing, S.C. in Glenview, Illinois. Before establishing Phoenix Healing, she created a successful practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina, where she was honored as “Best Chiropractor” for two consecutive years. Practicing for 18 years, she is certified in Upper Cervical Specific technique and uses a highly skilled, low-force method that is gentle and effective. Using the Arthrostim instrument, Dr. Iaquinta delivers consistent care that patients appreciate. Her technique offers comfort and ease, requiring no twisting or hard pushing on the back or neck.
Her desire to provide cutting-edge care led her to incorporate functional medicine into her practice. Functional medicine is a comprehensive system of lab analysis and natural treatments promoting wellness and restorative processes. Unlike traditional medicine, her functional medicine approach works with the body's normal rhythm, bringing balance and healing. She is among a select few doctors in the Chicago area offering this advanced care.
Dr. Iaquinta earned her Bachelor of Science from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1988. Her competitive zeal led her to pursue a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, which inspired her to study chiropractic. She completed her Post Baccalaureate Program in Pre-Med at Loyola University in 1993 and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1996 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
She has a strong heart for service and compassionate care, participating in service programs and mission trips overseas, including recently to Moldova, where she provided care to thousands. She currently lives in Glenview, Illinois, with her two children.
