Getting to know Amy Levy
Amy Levy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2022. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, a BSN from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and both a BA and a BS in Psychology and Accounting from Purdue University. Amy also completed her residency at Creekside Counseling & Wellness.
Are you feeling like life is overwhelming and want to place more emphasis on improving your mental health? Amy would like to help you define and reach your goals and explore whether medication might be helpful. If you are already taking psychiatric medications, Amy can work with you to assess their benefits and adjust or explore other medication options as needed. She has treated children through adults with mental health concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, among others.
Outside of work, Amy is an avid runner with the goal of running a half marathon in every state. She is looking forward to running in state #11 (Virginia) soon!

Amy was a nice lady but overall she didn’t listen to me. I tried to be as honest as I could. These doctors say they listen but they don’t. I was there to be treated for 1 thing and she is trying to tell me I need anti depressants when I don’t struggle with depression. And I have no way to contact her or I’d tell her this. Zocdoc don’t provide any phone number only an address for her

Amy I like no other Dr I have seen before. She doesn't try to push more meds she talks me through issues. Try's to give me advice on how for me to handle issues that are causing me stress and anxiety. I would l highly recommend Amy to anyone struggling with mental health issues.
