I was presented with a myriad of health challenges and desperately needed help. I called many dietitians and nutritionists. Once they heard my story they turned me away. When I contacted Amy Lucas she stepped up to the challenge and I've been working with her ever since, about 2 years now. She does everything within her power to keep me focused with customized meal plans and recipes, up to date medical information, exercise options and short and long term goals. She does this while respecting and considering my state of mind and body. We've come a long way together and though my issues may never be completely solved due to their nature, I can't imagine working through them with anyone else.
