I was a literal mess when I came into the office, riddled with crippling post partum anxiety. Sarah the MA was very kind when she brought me back and carefully listened to me. Amy was also very kind and assured me what I am feeling is very normal. Often new moms are overlooked by family and friends because everyone wants to see and hold the baby but they fail to hold and care for the new mom. I desperately needed this visit today and I certainly feel like both Sarah and Amy cared for me and listened to me in a way I haven't been since giving birth. I could cry again just at the thought of how kind they were to me today. Thank you both for listening to me and caring for me, I truly needed it.
