Dr. Perlmutter was very courteous, friendly and from what I described, she knew exactly what the problem was. The prescriptionshe gave me produced quick improvement on a rash I have on my stomach.

I went to Dr. Perlmutter for concerns over my hair. Both her and the nurse were super nice and made mefeel so much better. I'm definitely going back for a routine skin cancer screening. The office was also very modern looking and the rooms didn't feel so sterile like a regular doctor's office. Finally, they do all paperwork online so you have a portal where you can keep track of appointments, results and messages.

The only issue was how bad the wifi connection was when registering. Took me 10X longer than the appointment itself.

Blew off questions I had. I saw the dr for less than 5 minutes before a nurse came in and weirdly hovered. Not even bothering to get my prescription filled and going to another dr who listens to me.

I would suggest against using this office for any dermatologic needs. I had 3 appointments there that all contribute to this review. Dr. Perlmutter is borderline rude, responding to my anxiety about an uncomfortable lifelong condition witha cold "well thats the deal, get used to it, theres nothing you can do" attitude. While I now better understand this fact, her manner was jarringly unsympathetic. All information was verbal only, and I had to write down notes of what to learn more about. No materials. No informational follow through. My prescription instructions were ambiguous (nothing about face/body). When discussing usage I was made to feel stupid when I thought they were both for everything. When I showed interest in escalating treatment (due to a highly uncomfortable flair up), I was told that it would take 1 1/2 weeks to apply for it. A month and a half later I learned this office never even began my processing. A month of waiting in discomfort was not my intention when I sought a medical professional. Another uncomfortable bedside manner is that I was asked to disrobe in front of both doctor and assistant, at which point I just sat naked for the rest of the discussion (purely verbal). I felt quite awkward, and it struck me as unprofessional. For all this, I did find the assistants to be quite warm and kind. Very disorganized. No follow through. Cold/rude bedside manner. Very little information. Do not recommend.

Dr. Perlmutter was nice enough to chat with but offered absolutely no help on every issue and question asked. Her response to each was “I don’t see anything” or “you should try to moisturize more”. She spent the most time ona question that would need a cosmetic procedure, given she benefits most from procedures not covered by insurance. This was the biggest waste of money and time.

Dr. Perlmutter lacked an adequate level of care and attention. I went in for a psoriasis flare up and she spent less than five minutes in the office with me. She confirmed it was psoriasis and the visit was over shortlyafter that; there was no desire to explain the disease or discuss treatment options. Possibly because my issue is second-class to cosmetic treatments but the entire experience felt unprofessional. At least I didn't have to wait and they have good reading materials in the waiting room.

Dr. Perlmutter was great, she diagnosed my rash issue quite quickly and answered my questions, at no time did I feel like it was a rushed visit. I had a meeting to get back to at the office so the fasterthe better is a plus in my scorecard. Wait time was only a few minutes, it took me longer to fill out the online form as it was my first visit. Maxine her assistant I’m assuming and everyone at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. The office space was spacious, clean and chic. I would definitely go back again and recommend Dr. Perlmutter’s office to my friends/colleagues.

The office staff was great and willing to help! Dr. Perlmutter wasn't as genuine as I expected. She was abrupt and short and cut me off when I was asking questions and left the room without a goodbye. I was therefor a medical purpose but it seemed that the office focuses more on cosmetics, which could be the reason for her being curt.

Very thorough skin screening. I am a repeat patient of Dr Perlmutter, she is a great dermatologist. Wait time is fairly short usually. My only complaint is the rudeness of the front desk staff, it’s quite shocking how rude they areeven as soon as you walk in and say hi.

It was very convenient. I booked the appointment just a few hours ahead of time. Seeing her so early made a difference in treating my shingles diagnosis as soon as possible. Dr. Perlmutter also remembered to give me a coupon for the perscription, which I appreciated.

Dr. Perlmutter seemed to have little interest in my appointment. I had a specific area I wanted her to look at, which she did/discussed it with me for about 3 minutes. Since I was a new patient, I expected her toask me questions and offer a "check-up" of sorts. However, she seemed to just want to get me out as quickly as possible.

Wasn't too enthused. Overall the office has an upscale, boutique feel -- which some might like, but I tend to dislike at a dermatologist as it conveys more interest in cosmetic procedures. Dr. Perlmutter was perfectly nice and it was avery short visit, but not in-depth at all. She didn't ask about my history or explore any underlying causes with my eczema. It was a fine enough visit to get a prescription refilled, as I wanted, but I wouldn't go back for long-term care.

Office is very nice, staff and doctor also very nice. I did feel a little uncomfortable that the assistant comes into the room with the doctor during the exam. I typically select female doctors because I feel more comfortable with afemale presence for some of the more intimate medical issues!

I am new to the country and this was the first time seeing a physician. I explicitly asked reception whether this was covered by my insurance. She called my provider and ensured me it was. I asked repeatedly if I wouldbe charged anything and she said no. Now, close to 6 months later, I have received two bills, both for significant amounts! Its literally stealing! I am Appalled!

I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor for my skin check. She was thorough with my skin check and removed a mole for biopsy. I also had a question about some mysterious spots that appeared on my handand thighs but she didn't know what may have caused them or provide any possible causes. I'm not sure if her conclusions were typical or if she just hadn't seen many cases like mine. When describing certain skin conditions, she used the wordy medical terms, which was like a foreign language to me, so that was a bit odd. Would have been better if she spoke in layman terms.
