“The Dr. Shivone is a great listener; and is very precise;she wants to get to the root of the problem, not just throw medication at it, she asks and answers questions, makes referrals to other specialists to assist in finding out what the underlying problems might be. She allows patients to provide input in planning the next steps. She is delightful, and a fantastic physician. Her staff are very professional, kind and caring, and very helpful to those of us who are not very tech savvy. I highly I recommend this practice. ”

For my first visit unfortunately she was a little behind schedule. But I will definitely return.”

I am very unhappy with my experience. Doctor Shivone was nice, but I left the office with 0 answers and still felt like something was wrong. The overall examination was not thorough, and I felt very dismissed. She was literally walking out of the door while I was still trying to ask questions. I went to a different doctor shortly after at a different facility, and tested positive for mono. If the examination was more thorough, I’m sure she would’ve caught how swollen my lymph nodes were, as well as how swollen my eyes were. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

I've been to this facility before, but it was my first time being seen by this doctor. I had to re-confirm alot of information that I had already provided...twice. Felt the appointment took longer than it should of.

Dr. Amy was very kind and patient with me when I was having concern concerns regarding my health. ? she prescribed me with the necessary medication in order to help my sickness. I am very thankful especially to the office. Steff helped me when I didn’t even have enough to cover my co-pay. And allowed me to pay later.
