About Amy Stevens

I showed up early for my appointment and they got me in right away. I was headed home during my actually appointment time. I didn’t feel rushed and Amy explained things very well and was also very friendly. All members of the staff were so friendly and the nurse and provider had a great bedside manner. Would recommend their office to anyone and everyone!

I booked online for a cosmetic procedure. When I got to the office they tried to sign me in as a medical appointment so I said I was there for cosmetic. Then I was put in a room and never did get to see the provider since I was booked as medical. I was not offered another appt or anything for my inconvenience except a sorry. I did let them know I had driven over an hour just to come to the appointment but apparently they didn’t care about that. I called the main office to speak to the office manager and was told she wasn’t available but left my name and number but did not receive a return call. I’ll be looking for a new provider. I like Amy and have seen her in the past but I won’t go through this again. Terrible experience. Zero stars for this company and their online booking service.

Amy and her staff were wonderful! They listened to me and took the time to explain everything in detail to get me on the right path. The whole process was smooth from when I walked in the door to when I left. My experience with Amy is the best experience I have ever had and I will recommend her office to anyone I can!
