What should a new client know about working with you?

You'll never feel judged around me—that's a promise. I lead with empathy and I take time to actually listen. My style is collaborative and unhurried. I believe that good care is built on trust, and trust is built through communication and consistency. Whether this is your first mental health appointment or your hundredth, I want you to feel comfortable and respected from the very first visit.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment is a real conversation where I'll ask about your history, your symptoms, your life, and your goals. I want to understand the full picture before we talk about the next steps. From there, we'll work together on a plan that makes sense for you, whether that's medication management, a referral for therapy, or exploring options like ketamine-assisted therapy or TMS through Stella Mental Health. Follow-up visits are all about checking in, adjusting as needed, and making sure you're genuinely feeling better—not just on paper.

You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
