Pros: Very thorough in her diagnosis Very quick in her diagnosis Very helpful with tips on how to treat and prevent future problems Very nice Doctor Cons: (Nothing to do with her personal work ethic) The office is small but niceThe building she is located in does not reflect her private space. Front staff is very polite however there is very little privacy to talk about personal things in the front area due to small office size. The waiting area is directly in front of the front desk. Happy to have a fix for my problem. Not too bad of a price for out of pocket. Overall 10/10 experience Looking forward to my follow up!

Dr. Wu has a great bedside manner. She puts you at ease as soon as you see her. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. She also clearly explains the necessary procedures and plans for moving forward with your treatment.

Receptionist wasn't mean but could have been a bit friendlier. Doctor was nice but didn't tell me anything I hadn't heard before, even after I explained that certain things hadn't worked for me and I was still in constant discomfort, shestill just recommended those same things- felt like kind of a waste of time.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Wu. I went in to see her for a few different concerns and although most doctors would pick one issue and focus on that, she addressed ALL of my concerns thoroughly and clearly. I didn’twalk out of her office scratching my head wondering what just happened. She is very personable ...zero wait time, and her offices are super clean and stylish! HIGHLY recommended

The service is not as personalized as I expected. The doctor sees other patients at the same at as you, she leaves the room and as a result waiting time increases. I also didn’t feel that she empathizes.

Dr. Wu was attentive and helped convince me to try some medications for a deviated septum, as well as being open to my desire for a surgery. There was no wait, I was seen right after filling in the check-in forms. Her staff was also relaxed and friendly. Would comfortably recommend Dr. Wu over the last ENT I saw.

It was a nice visit, but I have an allergy reaction for the amoxicillin she gave me. I called on the morning around 9am ask for help, she was too busy to talk to me. I called back 5 times during theday. The front desk said the doc doesn’t know what to do and I should see another doctor instead. I asked her to give me another antibiotics, front desk said ok and sending it to my pharmacy, they have never did. I am very disappointed.

Dr. Wu is excellent. Her approach to treating my condition has been logical, well-explained, and well-informed. She asks good questions that help to develop the "big picture" and decrease the risk of missing anything. She also has some hi-techmachinery in her office and was able to perform a laryngoscopy and capture it on video for me to see. I will be continuing treatment with Dr. Wu. She goes above and beyond for her patients!

Location was a little sketchy (non-traditional building in Chinatown) but the office itself was fine. Front desk people had me fill out all of the paper forms even though I'd already put everything in ZocDoc. Dr. Wu seemed to be knowledgeableand was professional and courteous. Soon after going, I started receiving spam calls in Chinese (I've had this number since elementary school; I'm out of college by now) that have persisted for months, so either they lost my phone number or they sold it to someone. Either way, kind of concerned about privacy.

I had an ear issue I was worried about, and made an appointment with Dr. Wu because I could see her a full week earlier than the ENT my PCP had recommended. Since appointment availability doesn't necessarily mean great care, Ididn't know what to expect, but I didn't feel comfortable waiting (it's my ear!). As it turns out, I couldn't have been happier with my visit! She was warm and knowledgeable, gentle with her exam, and she took plenty of time to explain things to me. Regarding her availability: she was even willing to come in earlier for a follow-up visit if I was having trouble scheduling. A great patient experience all around! (Something to note: if you're paying by credit card, it's 3% extra, so if that's an issue for you, bring cash!)
