“I trust Dr Wu to help figure out why I've had serious headaches for the past month or so and appreciated how thorough my exam went. She gave me lots of information/direction and think her recommended treatment will work just fine.
One caveat is that the online Zocdoc forms I filled in pre-visit were not linked to Dr Wu, so I had to go through all the detail I'd updated from my last visit with her 3 years ago.”

Dr. Wu, a native New Yorker, attended Stuyvesant HS. After graduating from University of Pennsylvania with a Physics degree in 2002, she attended Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, CA in 2002-2007. She found her love for operating and went on to complete General Surgery internship and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of California-San Diego, 2007-2013. She spent extra years during medical school and residency to pursue academic research. She worked in the laboratory of the Nobel Laureate Dr. Roger Y. Tsien while in San Diego. Back in New York City, she completed a one-year Laryngology/Neurolaryngology fellowship under the direction of Drs. Andrew Blitzer, Marshall Strome and Lucian Sulica in 2014.
She is author or co-author on numerous journal articles and book chapters, and she has presented original research at national and local surgery meetings. She has memberships in the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Laryngological Association, American Broncho-Esophagological Association, the NY Laryngological Society, and the Chinese American Medical Society. She is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin.
