Amy Yun

Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatry)
CA
Hi, I’m Amy. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric care through telehealth. I believe the best care starts with having a provider who takes the time to understand what’s really going on in your life, not just the symptoms that brought you in. Sometimes it’s hard to put into words exactly what you’re feeling. You may just know you haven’t felt like yourself lately, or that your mood, anxiety, focus, sleep, or everyday stress has become harder to manage. You don’t need to come to your appointment knowing exactly what’s wrong or what treatment you need. We’ll work through that together. I treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep difficulties, and other psychiatric conditions. I believe medication can be helpful when appropriate, but treatment should always feel like a shared decision. I’ll explain your options, answer your questions, and work with you to find an approach that makes sense for your life. My goal is for our visits to feel comfortable and easy to talk through. I want to understand you as a person, what matters to you, and what you’d like to see change so we can build a plan that actually feels like it fits you.
