Getting to know Ana Mirica
Working collaboratively with patients and their families, I develop personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs. As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide mental health care to patients of all ages, including children as young as five.
I diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. My approach combines medication management, supportive therapy, and person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy, all grounded in evidence-based practice.
