Visit was good but doctor promised followup regarding xrays within couple of days to diagnose sever pain. Never followed up even though numerous messages were left in office. Found out 2 weeks later he was on vacation...never disclosed to me. Had to pick up xrays from office and see another doctor...never heard from him .
Dr. Haija was personable and listened to me. He showed genuine concern.
Dr. Haija is an excellent listener. He answered all of my questions, provided appropriate feedback, and really took his time. I did not feel rushed at all. Additionally, Madelyn at the front desk and Jasmin, who took my information and vitals in the exam room were both very professional, personable and helpful.
Very attentive, willing to order testing to make a correct diagnosis. Effectively explained probable diagnosis and tailored treatment options down the line.
Dr was awesome took his time and really cares. The staff is amazing
The office staff were very kind and efficient. I really like the doctor he was personable and thorough.
Easy to talk to. He listened to everthing I said. I am very pleased with him and feel hopeful that the shots and the perscription he gave me will help relieve my pain.
Very nice staff. Dr was nice and professional. Took the time with me needed to ensure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan going forward. Didn't rush or make me feel like I was just another patient to see.
Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Haija was terrific! I'm always so anxious at my first visit to a new doc. My experience with this team was great. No worries!
Dr. Haija was one of the nicest doctors I have ever seen. He was friendly, kind and informative. I had been going to doctors for years for pain and other symptoms and they kept telling me it was all in my head. Some of them were very rude and disrespectful and basically rolled their eyes when I came back in. Dr. Haija listened to me talk, asked great questions and diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. He sat with me and explained that my symptoms fit exactly with the criteria and the ways I could start to feel better. He was very reassuring and taught me a lot. I never felt in a rush or like I was annoying him with my questions. He genuinely cared and for the first time I feel like I can feel better. I highly recommend him for any rheumatology needs.
Very helpful, listened and provided good treatment plan
The visit was really very informative, Dr. explained everything so we could understand what my health issue were, He took the time and did not rush our visit. We left the office feeling a lot better because now we understood how this medical issue would be treated and controlled. It's not often that a first visit goes so well. Time was spent on the patient and not the Dr. putting data into a computer as often done. Appointment was on time.
