About Dr. Anas Hana
As a Board Certified Physician, Dr. Hana brings 20 years of experience as an internist, HIV specialist, and medical acupuncturist, combining his passion and knowledge of Classical Chinese medicine, energy medicine, and bodywork.
Dr. Hana earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Damascus Faculty of Medicine and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Michael Reese Hospital, University of Illinois, Chicago. Over many years of study and practice in the U.S. and abroad, he has developed a holistic approach to medical care. This integration of Western and Eastern medicine is the cornerstone advantage for every client at Hana Holistic Medical Center.
We hope you understand the value of having a practice that delivers the care you deserve.
The membership fee allows Dr. Hana to maintain a smaller patient panel, enabling him to spend more time with each patient during consultations. It also gives him the ability to incorporate acupuncture as part of his Eastern approach.
Additionally, the fee provides patients with faster access to the clinic and convenient electronic communication through the patient portal.

Before the appointment, I had prepared and printed out two copies of a computer document listing all the things I wished to discuss with Dr. Hana. Then, during the appointment, the two of us were able to go through the entire document, line by line, to discuss all the comments I wished to make and to discuss the various concerns regarding several health issues.

Thank you for your interest in my visit to the holistic center with Dr.Anas Hana.Following Dr. Hana's many recommendationsI went for a consultation and hoped for eventual help in solving my problem.To my great regret I was surprised that I had to pay a membership fee befor entering the doctor's office.Dr. Hana himself explained to me that the issue of membership Is to support his family and business.This explanation is bitter!If there is any logic to Dr. Hana, he should have told me after his consultation and if he is offering some treatment. I was very upset and refused this consultation to which I went and hoped for help.In Dr. Hana"s holistic center I felt almost like in a shopping center not in a health center where a doctors are on a mission to their profession to healing to people. I wish you good health Doctor Hana! As a already said, you left to me a bitter feeling of regret from my visit your center.Happy holidays!

This was my first time seeing a doctor in many years. After I booked my appointment several of his staff called me and took the time to explain my insurance and what to expect at my appointment.
Dr. Anas Hana was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions or concerns. He has excellent bedside manners and is extremely thorough in his examination. I am confident that he will guide me on a path of wellness. His staff is also very knowledgeable and kind!

Nice ambiance in the office. Friendly staff even though they seemed to have a lot going on. Compassionate physician. Made me feel comfortable. Also humble and appreciated his dialogue about various issues. I trust him and happy to be a primary care patient.

Very kind. Accupuncture explanation he gives seem kinda vodoo magic to me but apparently it works according to medical research. He also does additional massaging to release tension which seems to help I’ll need to ask more about next visit
