I'm Anastasia Maczko Young, a registered dietitian and nutrition enthusiast deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their health goals through personalized and sustainable lifestyle changes. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from James Madison University, which provides me with a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition. I empower my clients to cultivate healthier relationships with food and embrace nourishing habits that last a lifetime. I am currently located in the Greater Philadelphia area and South Jersey Shore, with extensive experience at hospitals in New York City, Washington DC, and Maryland.
