It was probably the most positive experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office- she was very knowledgeable, open and informative! She listened and was so kind! She took care of it right away and provided excellent education and practical help! I would recommend her and her staff to anyone! Side note- I left my cell phone in the bathroom and the office staff couldn’t have been anymore supportive and helpful- even security was amazing! She hand delivered it to me!! Thank you!!

I enjoyed every aspect of this friendly and inviting team. I got a little lost getting there, but the building is magnificent, clean, and inviting once you get there. The team is professional and personal. The doctor and her staff were utterly excellent. I found out some things I didn't know about my feet, and I had my feet x-ray before the plan that the doctor and I discussed. Hopefully, it will give me some relief right away. I highly recommend this group. It's a little drive, but it is so worth getting the fantastic quality of care

When a doctor takes the time to show and explain each part of an injury on an MRI scan, that is a doctor who really knows what they are taking about. Dr. Batra showed a mastery of understanding of the subject matter and answered every question I had about my ankle injury. I never felt rushed, and even though she specializes in surgery, Dr. Batra had a genuine interest in continuing to oversee my recovery for what is thankfully a nonsurgical injury.

Friendly staff and upbeat environment, it seemed like everyone wanted to be there! The Dr was great! Friendly, efficient, very clear on what the appropriate was going to look like and what aftercare to take. Definitely recommend!

I would say they took 30 minutes to receive me in my appointment then while I was in the room the dr took another 15minutes to get there and the results have not been sent to me after a week.
They can improve!

Great first visit to this office. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and chatted with me. Everything ran smooth in the appointment. Dr. had great bedside manner and really made me feel comfortable, she is very personable. So glad I went and would recommend to anyone needing to get a foot or toe checked out.
