I hold a Post-Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Herzing University, which further equips me to deliver specialized and comprehensive care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for young to middle-aged adults. My approach is grounded in a holistic understanding of each person’s unique needs and circumstances, combining medication management with supportive therapy to foster healing and resilience.
I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to develop a tailored care plan that respects their goals, values, and preferences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space to explore your emotions, and gain insights into the root causes of your struggles.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and you may have tried other approaches that haven’t worked as you'd hoped. It takes courage to seek support, and I’m here to meet you where you are, with empathy and understanding. You don't have to go through this alone. Together we can explore how I can support you in living a fulfilling life.

Andrea is very kind, understanding, she offered great support and a healthy space when I spoke to her about my childhood trauma. We did an EMDR session and it truly helped me process through past memories, she was empathetic but in a very professional way. I am happy to have seen her and continue to have her support!
