I specialize in medication management for individuals with mental health issues across the lifespan. Mental health concerns I currently treat include, but are not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder/manic depressive illness, ADHD, PTSD, panic disorder, adjustment disorder, and stress management. Each session includes an initial assessment and medication management, along with collaborative care with your primary care provider. Therapy is highly encouraged to maximize mental health care outcomes. Neurological and psychological referrals, gene site testing, and labs are incorporated into care planning when appropriate. As an advanced practice nurse with a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Regis College, I strive to provide empathy and compassion, emphasizing preventative care and health education to enhance the benefits of mental health services. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, psychotherapy techniques, and lifestyle modifications.

What should a new client know about working with you?

While providing psycho-tropic education, I include a collaborative approach/care plan between myself and the patient using scientific evidence-based research.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial sessions are 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 30-45 minutes.
