“Comprehensive exam & action plan. Dr. Larosa was a patient listener and explained things well. She answered my questions and referred me to other doctors she wanted me to see.
Lab tests were done on-site, which was wonderful, even though I had to wait 35 minutes while the lab was on break. Lab technician was friendly and efficient.”

Just after the money. I had a physical but also was feeling like I possibly could be getting a sinus infection. The doctor would only treat one thing. It was also hard to get a sick note for work: I certainly won’t come back here again. Especially seeing this doctor.

Imagine trying to get in contact with an office for four days via phone and via their messaging platform and being met with silence each time. The phone goes directly to a third party who also gets a dial tone and answering machine when they try to call. And then imagine asking to speak with your doctor, even going in person and the staff says “no you can’t speak to her, that’s what she has us for to tell you she’s busy” after 4 days of not being able to reach via phone or on their message platform. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I felt I was rushed and I was completely brushed off when I brought up some other issue. I even discussed it with her when I was walking out as she told me I was done.

In overall is a nice place and really there is no wait time. The reason I'm not recommending this DR is because I don't like when I get billed for things I didn't agreed. I went for a annual checkout and apparently I was charge for two visits, annual check out covered 100% by my insurance and a illness visit, which is not totally covered my insurance. The reason I got charge for illness visit was only because the DR gave me a reference letter for an specialist. Now the other thing I didn't like is they give you a form to fill out about depression in where I put "no" to everything but then I get charge for a depression screening when the DR never talked to me about any depression symptoms.
