“My original appointment was at 4:20PM. Got a call the next day saying my appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule. Luckily they had something that same day. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, had the documents filled out, and it still took 45 minutes to be seen. On top of that, the doctor I was scheduled with wasn’t the doctor I saw. But Dr. Linda was nice and friendly, that’s a plus. It’s too early to tell if the practice will be good for me, but I question the organization, and the urgency of the office when you advise them of what you’re needing. ”

“I had a great experience with NP Andrea however they have her listed as a dermatologist and that’s why I scheduled my appointment originally so that was a little disappointing, but that was not on her. That is how she was listed under the Zocdoc. She was a good listener and addressed my concerns.”

Upon meeting Andrea she was kind and did her job. However, I'm very disappointed in how Andrea Torrey has handled me as a patient. I received some very alarming and devastating labs on my birthday and she didn't even care to follow-up with me. At least to go over my labs and explain things. I'm just left to figure things out for myself. It's very hurtful that a medical professional wouldn't even have their staff to reach out to a patient to go over something so serious. I had to call the office. Why as the patient did I have to reach out to see what was going on? And then when I did talk to someone it was a lot of bs being spewed. It's my fault for expecting true professionalism from someone that lacks it. I will be finding another doctor/NP.

Sigh of relief. I am so grateful that I was able to book so quickly with this provider. Andrea was a breath of fresh air and she addressed all of our concerns. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was one of the best that I have experienced to date. Great PCP. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
