I went in Andrew Black Office to get relieve of some nerve pains and dysfunctions in my lower back mid back, left foot and shoulder, and when i sat down with dr black for 5 min listing my issues, he was not very informative or receptive and told me because i had a groupon, that my treatment wouldn't be much i thought he meant just in terms of different manipulations through machines and what not, but it was clear that he wanted to rush me out as soon as possible. He gave me a very general back crack and decided only upon my statements, not through his personal observation or analysis, of having orhtotics in the past that failed to do any good, that it would be the only coarse of treatment i needed. When i clearly showed him i had been using correct toes, a spacer in between in my toes that helped alleviate pain, this was completely ignored and continued to tell me it was my flat feet. Perhaps this may be but when i showed him the method that was actually relieving my plantar fasciitis, He did not provide to me the care or bedside manner of which chiropractor are held to a very high standard to uphold. he decided my time was invaluable because i did not pay top dollar and he made that very clear. i would never recommend andrew black to anyone looking to improve spinal disfunction or get the adjustment that will help to healing, he was very rude, pushed orthotics on me and literally rushed me out of his office because again he told me "im not gonna do much on you, because you got a groupon, your only getting an adjustment," i paid for a consultation as well but didnt even recieve that it was just listing my problems and him shaking his head and trying to sell me orthotics.

I appreciated his methodological approach and immediate treatment for relief. I have many more stages to go, so this will be an ongoing doctor-patient relationship - but i am hopeful.
