I rarely write reviews but after my appointment I felt so inclined to after a great start to my journey with my back.. from the front desk to the Dr him -self .. very professional, understanding and knowledgeable.. I’m very confident with his help I will get closer to getting better
Dr. Farren was really knowledgeable and professional. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was a bit nervous, but he was very confident in being able to help my back pain which made me feel calm. I had a migraine as well and when he adjusted my spine, it really helped relieve some tension from that. I then received a great massage and acupuncture. He also provided me with a back pillow for lumbar support and a new pillow for sleeping which I was pleasantly surprised by. I'm going back next week!
Very knowledgeable, skilled and respectful. Massage therapists are very good at what they do as is Dr. Knodel. I've been going back twice a week since my initial visit and have been improving dramatically.
I felt totally at ease on my first visit to the office. The building and office seam well run.
Dr. Hui was great! I am a new patient and right away I was able to tell that he was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. His front desk staff was all very nice as well. I’ve had lower back pain for over a month and a half and he applied several therapies on my back and did some stretching exercises. He’s done more than my previous chiro to address the issue so that’s promising already! Will see how the future sessions goes but definitely recommend Dr. Hui based on his approach.
Dr. Johnny was great, was able to treat me in the office and also give me some great follow-ups for self-care at home!
I started seeing Dr. Simakovsky early Dec 2018 due to chronic back and neck pain that I’ve been experiencing over the last year. Within the first couple of weeks he was able to help me reduce my pain significantly and I am very happy with the results. In less than 2 months I feel significantly more comfortable sitting at a computer all day/working out/ performing daily tasks and I no longer feel discomfort trying to fall asleep. He introduced me to custom orthotics, which I’ve found to give instant relief (especially for someone like me who is very active and on her feet). On top of that he and his staff are a delight and I enjoy my weekly visits to the office.
Dr. Wiley was very professional and knowledgable. I felt amazing after my first visit. I look forward to my next appointment!
It was excellent. Everyone was very polite & efficent. The surroundings were very clean & they are clearly there to help with all your needs & how they can possibly treat your condition.
Such a great experience! Everyone in the office was super friendly and when I booked through zoc doc and they front desk called to ensure my insurance was accepted. Everything went really smooth and Dr tai was extremely patient and listened to all my concerns about my back. He gave me detailed explanations on why I was feeling the pain and explained what he would do to adjust me. I was scared to be adjusted but it was quick and painless. My spine was extremely locked up and I felt it. I left with a weight off my shoulders and relief in my back. Going for my follow up this week and can’t wait. The Dr gave me exercises to work on during the weak to help keep my back stretched. High recommend Dr Tai!!
Karen is an amazing chiropractor - she has helped restore my back to working position after years of neglect due to competative running. She helped restore my back, and now I am happily pain free for the first time in years! I would wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking for a very knowledgable, understanding and extremely friendly chiropractor - she is a miracle worker
New York City Chiropractors
A chiropractor is a healthcare provider that focuses on the body's ability to heal itself by utilizing manual therapy (e.g., spinal manipulation), exercise and nutritional counseling. They treat patients of all ages suffering from various health concerns. They have expertise in dealing with back pain, neck pain and headaches. They are also skilled at handling musculoskeletal injuries affecting the muscles, ligaments and joints. According to the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), chiropractic treatments have been called some of the safest drug-free, noninvasive methods used to heal neuromusculoskeletal disorders.
To qualify as a chiropractor, an individual has to obtain a doctor of chiropractic/chiropractic medicine degree. As part of their curriculum, they study orthopedics, neurology, human anatomy, physiology and clinical diagnosis. Currently, there are more than 70,000 licensed chiropractors practicing in the United States. According to the ACA, three out of four people described their chiropractic treatment as “very effective.”

Spinal decompression therapy
Spinal decompression therapy is a nonsurgical method designed to relieve symptoms caused by pressure on the spinal cord. Compression of the spinal nerves can result in pain, tingling, weakness, numbness and even paralysis if it’s severe. To ameliorate these symptoms, spinal decompression therapy may be advised, which involves gently stretching the spine. This results in changing the position of the spine, as well as the force applied to it. This reduces the pressure on the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine. This helps in the movement of water, oxygen and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks, so that they heal. You can learn about the surgical way of treating spinal pressure on Cleveland Clinic’s official website.
