Are you sitting at a computer all day? Are you a dancer, golfer, or actor? Are you in PAIN? If so, after your consultation and evaluation, I can help you by utilizing my unique, soft tissue trigger point approach to treating your pain, as well as providing you with a home care program that includes specific exercises, stretches, postural techniques, and nutritional advice.
After 36 years in practice in NYC and NJ, I have learned to always listen carefully to what patients say, honoring their concerns and fears. I do everything in my power to provide excellent service and achieve immediate results. We are here to treat you as a whole person while helping you alleviate your pain.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to deliver effective, patient-centered care.
Dr. Angrist has been playing golf for almost 50 years, has won multiple club championships, and is currently the club champion at River Vale Country Club in NJ. He combines his knowledge and love of golf with his specialty in soft tissue trigger point therapy to help golfers prevent injuries and drive the ball 20?30 yards farther. Dr. Angrist provides a very thorough TPI screening process in which he can help identify your physical limitations and improve the performance of your overall golf game.
Our PURPOSE is to help patients get out of pain as quickly as possible and teach patients about home/self-care therapy that helps prevent future problems from occurring.
Our BELIEF is that if you are a more balanced and flexible human being BOTH emotionally and physically, you will feel better, have more energy, and be much healthier.

I have been a patient of Dr. Angrist for over 25 years. Dr. Angrist goes above and beyond what one's definition of a chiropractor is. He always fixes the problem, but he taught me and continues to teach me about wellness. We have shared our insights about philosophies and ways to evolve in the society. He has helped me with many physical maladies, but has enriched my spirit to own the fact that to stay moving in a healthy manner with your daily life. Wellness is the key to a happy and productive life.
