“Dr. Cha takes his time and communicates his expertise in a manner that’s easy to understand. He seems to take a conservative approach when warranted and isn’t pushy about surgical intervention. He’s a cool guy and I would recommend him if you’re looking to get your veins checked. The nurse who saw me had a good bedside manner and made the process painless ”

I never met the doctor, so I can’t attest to him or his bedside manner. I showed up, and was told the doctor had to leave early. This was after rescheduling because he wasn’t able to make my initial appointment. But I had traveled quite a ways and decided to see his nurse practitioner who was AMAZING. 5 STARS. She was empathetic, knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. She does all his testing and I felt confident in her abilities.

The slot given to me was outside of office hours and I found that out after nobody let me in for my appointment. I am trying to schedule an appointment ever since and the office phone is always on hold, and zocdoc shows the name of a nurse practitioner instead of Dr. Andrew Cha. So I don’t even know who will be attending me.
