I go by Andrew and use he/him/his pronouns. As a husband and father of two, I enjoy spending time with my family through traveling, movies, TV shows, music, and video games. I received my education from Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University, in North Chicago, IL, and completed my residency at Lutheran General Hospital.
