“Dr. Summers has been absolutely an involved doctor not only on the clock and during the list, but afterwards, taking the time to do, extra research to contact additional experts and to really provide great advice and detailed support about any issues that are going on. He's by far the best doctor I've ever worked with and I believe he saved my daughter's life multiple times. So highly recommend Dr. Summers.”

About Dr. Andrew G Summers

Andrew Summers, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with Orlando Health Physician Associates. Dr. Summers specializes in providing comprehensive care — from the assessment of childhood development to the treatment of common and complex illnesses — for newborns, children and adolescents. Dr. Summers earned his medical degree from Hahnemann (Drexel) University Hospital in Philadelphia and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Gainesville. Dr Summers is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a clinical assistant professor of Pediatrics with the Florida State College of Medicine Orlando Campus. He has practiced Pediatrics in Orlando for over 20 years.

I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Summers and the whole practice. They have been servicing our family since my daughters were born and they are absolutely amazing. They answer any questions. They love on the, on the girls. I have 2 daughters that she Dr. Summers, and he is so thorough. So kind and such a professional and we're just so thankful and blessed that he is our doctor. Dr. summers is the absolute best! His staff was so kind to squeeze us in late in the day when my daughter spiked a high fever. They also were amazing when we arrived later than expected due to a traffic delay. Dr. summers always goes the extra mile.

It's always a great experience
Dr. Summers and his nurse were very caring and professional, they added my baby to their schedule in the same day and examined her in detail answering all my questions. I was comfortable known what to do and not to do for my baby's health when I left the office.
I love my children's doctor. He has been their doctor since they were born. My daughter is about to be 18 years of age. Dr. Andrew Summers is the best as well as his staff.
The ONLY thing I would suggest is with this being a pediatric office is to have small toilets for the children and stools for the sinks.

Dr. Summers is very knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful with my children. I don't feel rushed when we see him, he talks to my children, and I can tell he loves his job. He is amazing with my boys and I wished we would have seen him sooner. I will definitely recommend him to other parents. He is an asset to the Orlando Health Team.
Dr. Summers and his staff are very compassionate and concerned for the children. I really like him and he cared for our children since they were born and I will continue to take them until they're 18 years old. I really appreciate everything that he has done for me and my boys.
I have loved every experience I've had with Orlando Health. For personal use and now for my son. Dr. Summers is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable! He has been seeing my son since he was born and remembers him every time. This just makes going to see the doctor an enjoyable experience. Dr. Summers has been my children's doctor for many years. I was with him when he first docketed practice. I would not hesitate at all, to trust his judgment and to allow him to see my daughter. He is an excellent provider. Excellent.

Dr Summers has been my daughters doctor since she was two weeks old. Now she is 13. He has seen her grow and been there for every cold, every sprained ankle. His bedside manner is the best there is. He always asks her how she is doing in school and mentally. You can tell he truly cares for his patients. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Summers has been our pediatrician for 10 years. He is extremely knowledgable, warm and thorough. He listens to me as a mother and that is invaluable. He takes his time with his patients and answers all of our questions. He doesn't rush us out for the next patient. He treats his patients as people, not appointments.
