Dr. Andrew Ho is an exceptional physician who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make every visit comfortable and informative. His bedside manner is outstanding—he is patient, compassionate, professional, and easy to talk to.
His combination of medical expertise, modern thinking, and a great personality. He stays current with the latest advancements in medicine and is clearly passionate about providing the best care possible. He is also personable, approachable, and has a great sense of humor that helps patients feel at ease.
My visit has been a positive experience, which is why I continue to return and confidently recommend him to others. First time visiting and it was such a pleasant experience! What a refreshing and different experience to visiting a clinic! I was helped by Andrew and he was so welcoming and personable. He doesn't just treat you like another number on a chart; he actually takes the time to truly listen to your concerns, answer questions without making you feel rushed, and thoroughly explain every step of your care.
It is so rare to find a healthcare provider who balances top-tier professionalism with such genuine empathy and a stellar bedside manner. I went in for some stomach pain that I’ve had recurring for months. I’ve even swapped doctors because I felt that my previous doctor wasn’t listening to me. My first visit with Dr Ho was nothing short of perfect.
He sat down with me and listened to my rant about all the previous tests and exams that literally didn’t help at all! He listened calmly and then gave me options of what I can do going forward. If this is the standard of care that you can expect with this practice or at least this doctor then I can confidently say that I have no plans of swapping doctors again! Thank you for the quality of care I received and to anyone who reads this. Just know that you are in capable hands
