He graduated from Emory University in 1988, and received his MD from The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Marshall completed his internship residency training in Internal Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in 1995, and then completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at The Beth Israel Hospital Harvard Medical School in 1997.

The doctor was friendly but dismissive at the end. Staff were very unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. No eye contact and spoke rudely. Scheduling was a disaster. Did my suprep treatment the day before procedure and went in expecting it to happen. The doctor had no clue they made a mistake. Escorted me to the front desk and dumped me there and said the front will take care of it. Very dismissive. I went through all that prep(use a personal day, went more than 24 hours no food)and they treated it like, oh well, keep it moving. Very upset. I probably would have given him another chance if he or the staff were Sympathetic. Very cold treatment. Everything happens for a reason. Wasn't meant for me to have the procedure there. I see why.

I gave 1 star but is to much.
This was the second attempt to fo to this doctor.
I made my first appointment for last month. They called me one day before the appointment to cancel and reschedule. They rescheduled for today July 27th at 11:00 am. I got there at 10: 50, and the lady at front desk told me that they try to call me to ask to come earlier because the doctor couldn't wait for 11:00. Of course they had a wrong number.
I am very disappointed
