Getting to know Andrew Sidi

***At the moment this therapist is not accepting medicaid insurance. Please see accepted insurance as well as out of pocket fees below*** Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or frustrated by the same challenges in your relationships? Maybe communication with your partner has become difficult, trust has been broken, or life's demands have left you feeling stressed, unheard, or unsure of what to do next. You don't have to figure everything out on your own. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, manage stress, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Whether you're struggling with recurring arguments, emotional distance, infidelity, family conflict, or major life changes, therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, feel supported, and begin making meaningful changes. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure to have all the answers. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back and work toward the changes you want to see in your life and relationships.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're navigating personal challenges or difficult relationship experiences. My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and incorporate evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. I work with individuals and couples experiencing communication difficulties, relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, trust issues, infidelity, stress, and life transitions. For couples, our work may focus on breaking unhealthy communication patterns, rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional intimacy, and learning how to navigate disagreements more effectively. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I tailor our sessions to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals, helping you feel supported while taking meaningful steps toward personal growth and healthier relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, the challenges you've been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. As we continue, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, conflict, or emotional disconnection and explore healthier ways of responding to those challenges. Depending on your needs, our sessions may focus on improving communication, managing difficult emotions, rebuilding trust, establishing healthy boundaries, or developing stronger coping skills. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical strategies you can apply in your everyday life. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll work at a pace that feels appropriate for you while staying focused on your goals.
