Horrible experience. We waited for almost 30 minutes for her to join the meeting. To then get a phone call for you. At 1130, when my appointment was at 11 telling me she had an emergency. She wasn't showing up.

This appointment was formatted in a very clinical manner; more like verbal questionnaires and not much like the warm psychiatric interviews in new relationships that I would like to foster. Within 24 hours, I was told I wasn't a "good fit." The provider herself did not decide this; allegedly, their supervisor did. On the one hand, I'm happy to have dodged the bullet of trying to form a working alliance and trust a provider who showed me such little interpersonal/emotional regard at intake. On the other hand, the provider seemed to be very ignorant of the appropriate resources to which to refer me, and has yet to give me any appropriate resources for me to follow up with my care. My final impression was that they didn't care about me as a patient, and were happy to quickly abandon me for lacking whatever "good fit" criteria they were missing. In short, It feels like a bittersweet hit-and-run.

My daughter was with Itra Provedira and I switched to her because I thought it would be better and I was right. She is very good and listened to my concerns about my daughter and the medicine, not like the previous one who ignored my questions and only spoke with my daughter and the appointment lasted 5 to 8 minutes

Bait and switch! You won't see her. They use her reviews to get people in the door and than switch you to a different therapist who doesn't have good reviews. And randomly switch your date and time and don’t care if it fits into your schedule.

She was on time & clearly communicated that they do not accept ADHD diagnoses unless they are from a neuropsychologist & if I wanted a diagnosis from their office I want need to go to several appointments. She didn’t charge my insurance for the quick virtual visit. I appreciated her honesty and her communication.

Aneela Naz, PMHNP, has been the worst medical experience of my life. During our 5-minute tele- visit she did not look at the camera once. She had no interest in my symptoms or concerns and was rude.
People like her bring a bad reputation to the field of medicine in this country and the entire PMHNP practice.
She needs to remember where her salary comes from, patients like me, and our insurance.

The nurse practitioner I saw via televisit, Aneela Naz, PMHNP was a pleasure to speak to. She listened to everything I had to say and helped recommend very helpful/useful options of care and treatment. She didn’t push medication on me and left it up to my comfort. I would definitely recommend her. The only thing that was a bit odd was that the office will text you about your upcoming appointment and information till odd times of the night but if you express your distaste for it, they respect your boundaries.

I will definitely go back! I felt heard and all input she had, she asked if I agreed with rather than just telling me what she thought.
