What should a new client know about working with you?

I practice holistic care; I help people achieve their goals by assessing their physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. I believe Whole-Person Wellness is best achieved when medication management and therapy are used in combination. We will work together to create a treatment plan that will help you overcome the challenges you are experiencing. My goal is to individualize the care you receive to fit what you need. Everyone is on a different path; therefore, everyone’s care should reflect that.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Integrity, respect, honesty, and kindness. These core values guide my approach to care. Above all, I am human. “I have lost and loved and won and cried myself to the person I am today.” Life can be tumultuous at times. Challenging times may lead us to feel lost. My approach is to help you find your way by building resilience to overcome difficult times.
