Had a good experience. All my questions were answered. Would recommend to a friend or family member.
Tranquilidad, buen trato
That's me to know .
Doctor and his staff were amazing in asking me questions and helping me solve my health problem. Worst front desk staff, I come in 20 minute early to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out on ZocDoc. After waiting an hour she then starts to fill out my paperwork after I told her I'm visiting in between work and her excuse was we have a lot of patients. So what is the point of even booking an appointment time if you cant even keep that time? After two hours I had enough and asked if I was next in line or not and they said yes but took in another person then 15 minutes later finally took me in to being my process. So it took me about 2 hours and 45 minutes before I was able to see the doctor which is highly unacceptable as I lost time from work.
The appointment went very well. The Nurse Practitioner Maryeth was superb in knowledge, bedside manner, professionalism as was Dr. Mulkay. They reviewed the history, asked questions and actually listened though it was over an hour of wait time, I will follow up with them. I would STRONGLY recommend the front desk staff (check in and check out) get trained on customer service. Their attitude this morning was negative and not polite. A simple good morning, please and thank you are basics in human interaction of which they did not practice. Ladies, if you don't like your job...then please change the job or your attitude.
Dr. Mulkay was great! The front desk staff needs some work. When confirming my appointment, she seemed confused that I was booked so "late" and tried to move the appointment earlier. it's a busy office, but the receptionists could be nicer.
