I've worked in hospitals, long term care, private practice, corporate wellness and food manufacturing. My passion is health and wellness, and I meet people where they are at to help them develop strategies which promote sustainable change. I am a mom to two teenagers, two rescue dogs and two cats. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, running and of course cooking! I love learning and am currently completing a Menopause Coaching Specialist certification." I examine all aspects of lifestyle to help promote change, health and wellbeing. We are more than what we eat! I am a Certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have also completed the ACE Behavior Change Specialist and Weight Management Specialist programs. I understand how mental health impacts eating behaviors and can work with you to improve your relationship with food. During your first session, we will get to know each other through a casual conversation. It will be a time for you to discuss with me what your goals or concerns are with your health and to start developing our working relationship.
