I am a dynamic and inspiring registered + licensed dietitian with robust experience in nutrition counseling, creating healthy culinary programs, and fostering trustworthy relationships. My passion for connecting with others through food and nutrition is the catalyst behind my drive to be the best possible resource to assist others in their nutritional growth. I understand that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Understanding you as a person will be imperative to our work together. I put effort into understanding your background, resources, preferences, and knowledge as we navigate your nutritional needs. During our first session, we will take time to establish rapport with one another. This will also be a time for me to fully understand your nutrition needs.
