Angela believes understanding one’s mental health is key to healing and encourages clients to take an active role in their treatment.
Her expertise includes managing ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma, sleep disorders, and supporting individuals through midlife and later life transitions. Outside her professional life, Angela is an avid sports fan who enjoys local sporting events. She cherishes time with her family, especially doting on her two grand-pups. Gardening, cooking, exploring new places, and spending time on the water are some of her favorite pastimes. Angela values relationships and is passionate about connecting with others both in and out of her professional life.
