What is your typical process for working with clients?

With over 15 years of experience in psychiatric mental health treatment of individuals from all age groups, I am here to help you. I am skilled in treating anxiety, depression, panic, mood disorders, obsessions/compulsions, and other disorders. As your practitioner, I will work diligently with you to develop a treatment plan and schedule regular sessions to aid in your betterment. Treatment plans include but are not limited to medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and counseling

Angela Ekeweme didn't show up to the appt. I was logged in a couple of minutes before the appt time and waited 15 minutes after the time. I double-checked if I was actually in the waiting room, and the audio and camera were on. Everything was fine. No email or text to say appt was canceled or anything, no notice at all. This was a virtual appt, so thank God I didn't make it for in-person bc she is very far from my house. I was treated like me, and my time is not valuable, and I don't appreciate that. It feels bc I have state aid, not regular health insurance, that I don't matter. Again, I don't like that. Nobody would. If I was a no-show, either I or my insurance would be charged for the visit plus an extra inconvenience fee, so I should be compensated somehow. I was excited to have the appt, to finally start my path of feeling better, but then this happened. Very disappointing. Now I have to find someone else and hope they'll show up to the scheduled appt.
