What should a new client know about working with you?

As a human who has experienced birth and death, the chaos that is motherhood and 26 years at the hospital in crisis or emergency situations I have learned the importance of listening and being a needed ear and support. I am trained in quick medication stabilization as well as long-term maintenance medication options. I do brief supportive psychotherapy interventions while we are working to stabilize your medications. Your first session is a real conversation. I want to understand you, your story, and what brought you here. I provide psychiatric evaluations and prescriptions for medication management for various mental health and addiction disorders.
