About Angela Godwin

Angela M. Godwin graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in 2004 and earned her Master's in Family Nursing from Columbia University in 2007. She also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the same university. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she focuses on bariatrics, weight loss, and endocrine disorders. She runs a private clinic in the Bronx, with a special interest in weight loss, related health disparities, and GI issues. Her non-surgical approach includes ketogenic diet weight loss, and her scholarly interests encompass obesity, diabetes management, and metabolic syndrome.
