PA listened okay, but she seemed to be pushing me toward PT when I kept telling her I would prefer an MRI to see what was going on with my spine. During exam, I nearly went through the roof when she just touched the area that hurts - why would I want PT to touch me with pain like that?! She said she was going to review her findings/our discussion with the doctor. A few minutes later a guy opened the door, said we’ll contact you if your insurance approves the MRI, and he was gone - no idea who this guy was - I read between the lines that I was dismissed. No one helped me find the way out or spoke to me. I never saw the PA again. She did not address my pain issue, although she could just look at me and see that I was hurting. I believe I was due the common courtesy of her coming back to talk to me after she talked to the doctor, but there was no further communication with her.

Everything was good, but wait time was an issue. My appointment was at 10:00… I was asked to be there at 9:45-which I was. First time I saw anyone in the exam room was an hour later. I can do a lot in an hour. I expect my providers to respect my time as I respect theirs by being on time.

Waited for a hour and a half for my appt. I schedualed with a doctor but got to see a PA. Office was so packed with people, there were people standing long the wall. No one wearing masks. Never again!

A long wait for a very superficial exam. Didn't even ask me to remove my clothes for exam or x-rays. Made assumptions that were unwarranted considering MRI has yet to be performed.

On ZocDoc and in-person, I was booking with them confidently knowing they'd accept UnitedHealthCare which I use. I got billed and they said it is because we don't accept your insurance, after taking a flat fee upfront. The kind man who viewed my hand, I have a strange large bump on my finger, said I need to get it taken care of ASAP. I have yet to hear from the doctor and am very worried about my hand. I wish the associates working there would have more compassion and not just take advantage. I try calling and it goes straight to the medical assistants' voicemail. Sad.
