What should a new client know about working with you?

I am dedicated to providing supportive Individual Therapy services for my clients. I use a client-centered approach and offer evidence-based treatments to address various issues. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental health concern, I am are here to help you navigate your path toward healing. You can fully expect that I would encourage you to share your experience in this and how it informs your values and ways of living. I also work in a holistic system approach which means I am checking in with all the pieces of you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial session focuses on what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for in a therapy space/therapist, and what are some goals you are hoping to address in therapy. You can expect a person centered approach when working with me. I will check with you often to ensure you are achieving your goals. I seek to create an environment where you are feeling heard and seen.
