About Angela Reichart
Originally from a small town in southern Minnesota, Angela became interested in the medical field during her senior year of high school. She graduated from Augsburg University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and began her practice within a large care system. Her first five years were spent in Superior, Wisconsin, followed by five years in Duluth. In 2010, she joined Edina Sports + Family Medicine. “I found I really prefer working in a small independent practice,” says Angela. “Over the years here, it’s been really rewarding to get to know my patients and develop a relationship with them.”
Angela enjoys the variety that family practice offers and is particularly drawn to helping women—especially from adolescence into motherhood. She finds that her younger patients sometimes need more time to relax and ask questions. As a working mom herself, Angela truly enjoys connecting with and caring for today’s busy women.
In her free time, Angela enjoys running, walking, and biking around the lakes. She and her husband and two daughters like to stay active by participating in occasional 5Ks. They also enjoy attending Twin Cities festivals, exploring local restaurants, and trying out new recipes when spending time at home.
