She has served our country with honor as a Flight Nurse in the US Air Force, US Army National Guard, & civilian service to military & veterans. She is a Board-Certified Primary Care & Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Sanders is also a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner. She incorporates natural & holistic approaches to mental & physical health through educating patients on nutrition, exercise, supplements, herbal remedies, & alternative treatments that can be used as an adjunct to traditional treatments. Dr. Sanders focuses on functional and lifestyle nursing and medicine practices. She believes in getting to the "root causes" and providing prevention strategies with individualized treatment plans. Dr. Sanders opened Seaside Wellness in August 2020 because she had a passion to deliver integrative care to the community in a safe and non-judgmental clinic with a personal and collaborative approach with her patients along with creating a space with a fun, friendly, and family-focused environment.
