I recently completed the Women’s Health Certification Program through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, an intensive six-month program that expanded my understanding of how functional and integrative medicine can transform women’s health. From day one of my career, finding the root cause of illness—not just managing symptoms—has been my passion. This approach has allowed me to continually expand my knowledge and provide care that truly supports the whole woman. As a single mom, my work is deeply personal. I am incredibly passionate about empowering women to recognize their strength, trust their bodies, and step fully into who they are meant to be. Women possess so many incredible gifts and talents that often go unrecognized or unsupported. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, understand your health, and recognize the power that has always been within you.
