“I've been looking for a provider for some time. After spending a couple of years managing my mother's healthcare, it was time for me to get back to taking care of myself. My previous OBGYN had retired and her office was farther away than I wanted to go. I found this office, and I will say I am so pleased with my health care here. Everyone was so patient with me. understanding and caring. All my questions were answered, and I felt that I was listened to and that I was in good hands. I'm happy to be in this office with these care providers and I feel bad I'm going to be taking care of it, and that's extremely important to me.”

About Angelica Canizares
Angelica Cañizares is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of North Florida and earned her master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University. Following her certification, she practiced as a WHNP at Ascension OB/GYN before joining Women’s Care. Her professional interests include gynecologic care, peri- and post-menopause management, and adolescent health education.
