Begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we explore your history, symptoms, and goals for care. This allows me to develop a clear understanding of your needs and determine the most appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
From there, we collaborate on a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle recommendations, or supportive strategies. I believe in shared decision-making, so you’ll always have a voice in your care.
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and ensuring you're feeling supported. I also provide education along the way, so you can feel empowered in managing your mental health. My ultimate goal is to help you move toward greater stability, clarity, and emotional well-being
