“NP was professional and listened to my concerns. She spoke in a manner that was understandable and made sense. My only complaint is that the office changed my appointment time to an earlier time, yet I still had to wait over an hour before I saw the NP. The office didn't appear busy and no reason was given for the wait. My arrival time was 2:00 but I didn't see the doctor until almost 3:10.”

I was taken as soon as I completed my paperwork, most of which was on a tablet and easy to complete. I was very happy to get a same day appointment. The staff listened well to my symptoms, prescribed meds that we're inexpensive (urgent care had prescribed a pricey steroid that wasn't working), and we're encouraging that I would improve. The 4 folks I interacted with were all professional, positive, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.
