I believe my clients are the expert of their own story. I see my role to help clients listen to their inner voice and empower them on the journey of life. We will spend our time in session working on your therapy goals, utilizing your experiences and therapist-led activities. Through the therapeutic process, you will identify your valued directions, access your strengths, accept your hurdles, and develop cognitive flexibility to ultimately, allow you to live a more fulfilling and happier life.
