Our first visit is focused on developing a thorough understanding of what you are experiencing and what has or has not worked in the past. From there, we develop a plan that may include lifestyle changes, medication, psychotherapy, further evaluation, or neuromodulation when appropriate. My goal is to provide thoughtful, straightforward care that combines current scientific evidence with an understanding of you as an individual.
