About Anita Parker

Hi! My name is Anita. I love nutrition and want to spread that passion to my clients. There is always something new to love in the world of nutrition. I completed my schooling at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Since completing my education, I have spent most of my time as an inpatient dietitian. As an inpatient dietitian, I have gained experience with many different disease states as well as healthy eating education and counseling. There are many different factors that impact a person's health and needs. Through collaboration, I seek to create realistic, achievable goals. We don't have to be perfect, but by small steps, we can improve our health and well-being. We all have setbacks, but through patience, understanding, and perseverance, we can all meet our goals. In my free time, I like going on long walks and listening to the birds sing. On rainy days, you'll find me curled up with a book of fairy tales or mysteries. I love trying out new recipes and experimenting with spices.
