Office was very unorganized and messy. I waited 45 minutes to see the dr for ten.
They didnt even confirmed my appointment I couldn’t go when was still pending!!!
Very very friendly staff. Office isn't the cleanest, but would still recommend!
Dr Rau is a very good Doctor always very helpful very pleased
I never complete these feedback questionnaires, but i thought I could save someone from headache and anxiety. I previously filled out the paperwork for a new patient through zoc doc and arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time. When I got there I signed in and the receptionist handed me a clipboard with all this paperwork to fill out. I told her I did it online and she said they do not have a working printer. I sucked it up and took the paperwork to fill out. I notice that there were literally 11 people ahead of, so I asked will I be seen by my appointment time and she told me yes. As I went to sit down I noticed the place was completely packed! There was absolutely no where to sit down. I completed ALL the paperwork and handed it in. At about 20 minutes after my appointment time, I went back to the desk and saw there were 9 people ahead of me. I asked again if I would be soon soon and was told yes. 15 minutes had now passed and I was called up to the receptionist to pay my co-payment. I pulled out my credit card only to be told that the didn't have a credit card machine!!!!!! I can't even make this crap up:( unbelievable.
Very helpful
Horrible! Like the receptionist there may be nice or whatever but they don't get stuff done right away. It's like they're either lost or just don't care. As for the Doctor I feel so bad for him that he loses patients due to the incompetence of the receptionist there. I was never able to see him again nor was my mom because we had to leave. The wait time is HORRIBLE you're left to sit for hours just to see the doc for what feels like 5 minutes.
This was my follow up and the doctor informed me i needed vein closure in both legs. He was resistant about my insurance, GHI, because his office had difficulty processing a previous claim. I verified my authorization and pre-determination so his office wouldn't have that problem. Two months after getting the approval and constant calls to his office, they declined to do my procedure fearing non-payment. I had to schedule with another office but within one month had one leg done and am in the process of having the final vein closed. GHI has processed two claim checks for my procedure, and I am very happy with the results so far.
If I ever have Togo back to him (he's a specialist and I went to him for a second opinion) I would definitely do so. He spoke to me in language that I could easily understand, not medical jargon. He also answered all the questions that I had . Very personable and approachable.

This office is a mess. Honestly, I was extremely uncomfortable with how rundown and shabby it looked, and then annoyed by how long I had to wait to see the doctor, esp since I was the only patient there. Dr. Rau was nice enough, but didn't seem to have much to say. Finally, when my GP requested my scans be sent to her, the office insisted I hadn't had any scans - which I certainly did - for days until they suddenly "found" them. I would not recommend this practice.
A fine surgeon who has always met the needs of his patients . I speak for myself , father , and mother who have been treated by Dr. Anjan Rau ; the experiences of surgery with the surgeon Dr. Anjan Rau were excellent .
